Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (Meals: D)
Our tour guide will greet you at the airport and then transfer to your hotel. Free time at leisure. In the evening, welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (Meals: B, L)
Take a full day city tour including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, his house on stills, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature and Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. In the afternoon, enjoy 1 hour rickshaw tour in the Old Quarter and the Restored Sword Lake. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (Meals: B, L, D)
Depart for Halong Bay, enjoying the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields. Upon arrival, board a traditional wooden Junk to discover the legendary Halong Bay. Enjoy full board meals and many indoor and outdoor activities. Overnight onboard.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi & Flight to Hue (Meals: B)
Join a Tai Chi session, enjoy an international breakfast while the boat cruises among hundreds of islets before coming back to the pier. Drive back to the airport for flight to Hue. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hue.
Day 5: Hue, the Ancient Imperial Capital (Meals: B, L)
Enjoy a full day tour in the Former Imperial Capital of Hue. A boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of former Emperor Minh Mang. After lunch, visit the elaborate tomb of King Khai Dinh and the Imperial Citadel. Overnight in Hue.
Day 6: Hue – Hoi An, the Old Town & Port (Meals: B)
Leave Hue for Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries. In the afternoon, walking through the ancient town centre to visit the former merchants’ homes, the old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful market. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoi An – My Son, the Holy land & back to Hoi An (Meals: B)
A half day trip to My Son, visit the museum and the holy site, then head back to Hoi An. Afternoon, enjoy cycling tour in rural area of Hoi An with visits to some of traditional villages. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 8: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City via Da Nang (Meals: B, L)
Take a morning flight to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City. Proceed to take the city tour including the city’s bustling Chinatown with a visit to the Thien Hau Temple & Binh Tay Market. After lunch, visit the War Museum, the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Saigon Post Office, the Opera House and City Hall. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City (Meals: B, L)
Depart to Mekong Delta for a visit of the Floating Market and Countryside Tour. Boat cruise to the colorful floating market of Cai Be and then followed by a visit to some local factories that produce rice paper and coconut candy. Lunch is served at a fruit orchard before going back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Phnom Penh (Meals: B, L, D)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for departure flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, transferred to hotel for check-in. After short rest, visit the main sights including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum, Wat Phnom, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Central Market. Dinner and overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 11: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (Roluos Temple Complex) (Meals: B, L)
After breakfast, take a short flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. After lunch, embark on a visit of the Roluos Temple Complex. The complex represents the remains of the first major capital of the Khmer empire, and comprise of following principal monuments: Bakong, Preah Ko and Lolei. The evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 12: Angkor Thom – Angkor Wat (Meals: B, L)
Visit the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom City, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leper Kings and the jungle - clad Ta Prohm. After lunch, continue to discover Angkor Wat. You have most of the afternoon to visit and wait for the sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 13: Banteay Srey – Big Circuit (Meals: B, L)
After breakfast, you head to the exquisite Banteay Srey (“Citadel of the women”). The visit is combined with the discovery of Banteay Samre. After lunch, visit Ta Som, Neak Pean and Preah Khan. Return to Siem Reap city and enjoy the massage. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 14: Tonle Sap Cruise (Meals: B, L, D)
This morning, after visit Chong Kneas Village, you will then take a boat trip to visit floating villages on Tonle Sap which is a huge lake of Indochina. After lunch, free for shopping and self-discovery by yourself. You will gather up at 6:00pm for a dinner with an Apsara dance show. Dancers, singers and musicians bring ancient Khmer culture to life in spectacular surroundings.
Day 15: Siem Reap – Vientiane (Meals: B)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Vientiane. Upon arrival, transferred to hotel for check- in. After a short rest, take a city tour including the oldest Wat Sisaket, the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, That Luang Stupa and Patuxay Monument. You will then proceed to watch the sunset over the Mekong Riverside in the evening. Overnight in Vientiane
Day 16: Vientiane – Xiengkhouang (Meals: B)
After breakfast, take a short afternoon flight to Xiengkhouang. Upon arrival, transfer out to visit the Plain of Jars. In the afternoon there will be time to see the old capital of Muang Khoun Province and its' nearby villages. Overnight in Xiengkhouang.
Day 17: Xiengkhouang – Luang Prabang (Meals: B)
Early morning, visit the Central Market of Phonsavanh. You then head out this small town towards Luang Prabang. After checking into hotel, if time permits, you visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; you then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi to explore the sacred, gilded stupa as well as capture a beautiful view of the city and the Mekong River at sunset. From there, you visit the Night Market and Overnight at Luang Prabang.
Day 18: Luang Prabang – Pakou Caves (Meals: B)
Today, you enjoy a short-guided tour of the city’s oldest temple Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong. You then embark on a boat journey upstream along the Mekong River to visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. En route, you stop at the village of Ban Xanghai. Once back in Luang Prabang city you take a short drive to Ban Phanom village. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 19: Luang Prabang – Khouangsi Waterfalls (Meals: B)
After breakfast, visit Phosi Market then continue to visit the local village of the Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, Hmong Village, Ban Ou, Laoloum Village, Ban Thapene and Khmu Village. After visiting the villages, drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfalls and Ban Phanom village. Return to Luang Prabang by the late evening to observe the sunset at Wat Phabath. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 20: Luang Prabang – Departure (Meals: B)
After breakfast, visit the National Museum until transfer to the airport for departure flight.
